My experience with B & W Heating & Cooling Inc. was exceptional. I needed to upgrade my residential HVAC at the 11th hour in Edwardsville, IL in Dec 2010 with more efficient units. Every interaction was positive: From the initial call and quote to assess my HVAC needs to the day of installation, follow-up and customer service. They also had the product line (Amana) I was looking for at a reasonable price below the competition (who seemed to take advantage of year-end demand). Every interaction with Gordon, James, and Elizabeth was professional, friendly and responsive. They patiently answered my questions, assessed and recommended what the house actually needed, took great care in the installation, helped processed my energy credits and discounts, and were just easy to work with the entire time. They know their HVAC systems very well, were genuinely committed to delivering great customer service and value. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Recently I called you about my furnace. You sent out one of your technicians and as I suspected, I did need a new furnace and asked him to check my water heater as they were both old and not functioning properly. All I can say is, in all my 71 years, never have I had work done so efficiently, speedily and so completely thorough.
