Recently I called you about my furnace. You sent out one of your technicians and as I suspected, I did need a new furnace and asked him to check my water heater as they were both old and not functioning properly. All I can say is, in all my 71 years, never have I had work done so efficiently, speedily and so completely thorough.

Just a note to say thank you for the quick response to my air conditioning problem. I called after 1:00 p.m. and before 4:00 the techinician was out to my house. Being a first time customer, I was preparing myself mentally to be without A/C all evening and on to Friday. What a pleasan surprise. Also want to let you know what a delightful young man the technician was and what a pleasure it was having him fix my A/C. You are fortunite to have technicians like that on your staff.

Being a doctor's wife I know how precious time is with the family, especially on holidays. I hated to call you December 31st for service but I had a houseful of people and the house was very cold. I decided I had no choice but to call you. The technician came and took care of the situation. I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated your service. I can not tell you how much we have enjoyed the air conditioner this summer. With all this hot weather we have had it has been wonderful. I am sure we wil enjoy our new furnace this winter also, plus the lower gas and electric bills we are expecting.

We wanted to take this opportunity to commend you for the excellent job you did on cleaning out the air ducts of our home. Your workers did fine work. They were very polite and went out of their way to be sure we knew exactly what was being done and how much was left in our ducts after the interior job was done by the other company we hired. They also cleaned up after themselves. Your generosity was unsurpasses and we will be sure to recommend your company to everyone we know.
